My Mood: Rep Power: 17 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Lipotrim | Day 6 Breakfast - My special porridge with chopped up banana and 1 squirt of honey. Snack - Apple Lunch - My usual box of salad with tin of drained tuna and splash of balsamic and toasted wholemeal pitta. Had a nice orange for pud. Snack - Orange Dinner - Cauli/tato curry with a bit of turkey and popped some spinach in this as well. Also had a wholemeal toasted pitta. Snack banana 5 litres of water 5 black coffees. Had some sugar free jelly for a snack tonight as well ![]() Gym went well tonight as well. Had 7 pieces of fruit today, mainly after gym, need to calm it down on the fruit front.

My Mood: Rep Power: 17 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Lipotrim | Day 7 Breakfast - The now ubiquitous porridge ![]() Lunch - Salad with tin tuna and a baked spud as off to gym after work. Dinner - had the same Cauli/Tato/Spinace curry as before but chicked some croccoli in there as well, lush with a wholemeal pitta :-) Am a little concerned at moment though as I think I may of slowly upped my portion size to the point where it is close to previous. I'm still eating off a small plate so that makes a difference but I can feel myself slipping. Gonna have to give myself a beasting i think. I also have the worst wind ever! I could fart you a tune upon request if I wasn't concerned for the state of me boxers. Feel windy bloated and am pooing for Britain. Cant win can you, your either bunged or or scared to fart, and believe me can I fart. Anyone else windy?

My Mood: Rep Power: 21 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: lipotrim | i have been absolutely bagged up with it hun, i am on week 3 lol it hasnt improved much at aall....when r u getting weighed? as for ur portion sizes dont worry urself to much hun, u will need slightly more as ur stomach stretches, u probably just feel a bit strange and feel like ur eating to much because you havent eaten for so long, i can relate to it hun, it has been driving me nuts ! you will be fine xxxx

Me clothes all fit the same and I can see a difference but 7lb!!!! F*ck f*ck F*uck F*uck Breakfast - Porridge dried fruit. Lunch - Spinach/tato/cauli curry with wholemeal pitta. Dinner - Tuna 6" sub with loads of salad. 4 bottles water

Next week will be the teller, I'm gonna eat as I have this week but keep an eye on portions/keep everything weighed. And make a note of everything that goes into my mouth. Nicki 26 has been a superstar and we have both gone over me grub. Still stings though

Wow! You are some cook! I do suspect that water weight will count for some of your gain this week - and, quite possibly, muscle weight too if you've been doing a bit more exercise. I do wonder though if it's possible you're overdoing it on the fruit side of things (both fresh and dried) as that could add quite a lot of extra carbs/sugar to your diet. I've been maintaining for almost 2 years now (blimey! time flies!) and do know that I've also had a tendency to overdo my fruit intake - especially in the summer where there are lots of yummy berries around . It's far easier to justify to myself that eating fruit is 'healthy', but I know it's also the way I get my sugar fix so I've had to cut down on the amount I ate as I noticed I was gaining a bit too as a result ![]() Portion sizes are every dieters biggest bug-bear and, whilst our stomachs do 'shrink' when we're dieting, it's scarily easy how quickly your stomach can accommodate larger portions again - if you let it. Just watch that eh matey? ![]() Good luck with your continued refeed programme - and mega well done on the amount of weight you've lost ![]() |

This week im gonna cut the fruit right down and snack on carrots/celery low carb suger free stuff and see if that makes a diff.
