Liberty's I know it's CD810 but I want to stay with my friends in LT refeed thingy...

Friday
Breaky: Caramel Bar + cup of decaf tea with MILK
Lunch: 100g sirloin (eeek!) mushrooms and rocket
Tea: Banana Shake

Saturday:
Breaky: Choc orange bar and cup of decaf tea with milk
Lunch: Dover sole in a bag with herbs and broccoli (and two turkey meatballs ) (I was cooking )
Tea: Choc Shake

Sunday
Breaky: Caramel bar with cup of decaf tea with milk
Lunch: Large mushroom stuffed with cottage cheese, cooked chicken, parsely, chives.
Tea: Banana shake

weeks 1 - 13 Lipotrim lost just over 2 1/2 stone bmi <25

week 14 onwards changed to CD810
week 14 to 19 CD1200 plan and maintianing, though not always being good!
considering WW to lose last 1.5 stone so I can eat what i want.

New goals:
Lose weight with food involved:
Get into pink dress (sz 12):
Get below 9 stone:
Look good in fav t-shirt:
initial target 8 stone 3lb... (115lb)
Go shopping for new wardrobe!:

I'm allowed to have a bar a day No, not allowed steak, was craving it so I just 100g very thin cut sirloin, got some iron tablets feeling better now.

My cdc said i could have 3 a day, then again shes nearly 71!!!
