    What are the refeeding options?

Can anybody who is refeeding please give me an insight. I lost 2 stone before xmas, but when I came off the diet I just followed low cal low fat, Ive managed to keep all the weight off, but Im already planning doing this again as opposed to proper refeeding. What do they advise when you refeed? And how much do maintenance packs cost. Also what weight will they allow me to drop to before they make me refeed? Im under 11 stone now and 5 f 4 so Im presuming in 2 or 3 weeks they are gonna make me stop?! sorry for all the questions haha xxx

Hi hun, I'm just starting refeed so don't really know enough to help you but as far as I know the maintenance products are 7 packs for £11. As for how long you stay on it should be up to you. I told my chemist my target then as I got closer admitted I had dropped it 5lb and she was okay with it though she did push for me to refeed as I got close. While your BMI is still over 25 they shouldn't question you but I told mine I wanted a safety margin and she let me continue till then.

You really must follow the refeed plan for at least 1 week and introduce the carbs slowly otherwise you can store too much glycogen and with it the water. Read the refeed sheet coz it is all in there. I think Mini has done a sticky with it all on.

    Good luck.

I asked my pharmacist last week about when they would stop allowing me the full programme LT.

She got the BMI chart out and said that as long as my BMI was in the green (healthy) section, I could carry on.

I'd had it in mind that I would have to stop as soon as my BMI fell to 25 or below but she said this wasn't the case.

I had a look an th LT website and they mention Howard Foundation and flavours but not prices of those maintenance products.

Can you buy them as singles or in packs? If in packs - packs of how many?

    How much do they cost?

In a post above it says 7 pack £11 so am I right thinking they come in packs of 7 (same flavour/same thing) and each pack costs £11 so one would need 2 packs ie it will cost £22 per week (2 things per day)?

    Thanks a lot

there are a few flavours and as said packs of 7 at £11

it depends how many you need as you may only want one maintenance meal a day
