Very confusing info on maintenance products

Just got samples of all the maintenance products and reading the leaflets enclosed (most of the pages - list of pharmacies.. yawnnnnn) I see no sense whasoever.

For example they say you can have the maintenance products before the meal or with the meal or in between meals - what meals? What are suitable meals to have on refeed week - no info there.

Then there are tables with calories listed - for example it says:

"Choc Whip per 100g powder - 509 kcal
Choc Whip per 295g serving - 229 kcl"

That makes no sense to me whatsoever as the sachet of this product clearly says 45g so telling me the calories per 100g powder or per 295g serving - what use is it to me?

The same with all other products - I thought maybe they consider extra calories as milk is added to choc whip but then I saw the orange desert (which mixes with water only) which says 45g on the sachet:

    Per 100g powder - 321 kcal
    Per 345g serving - 144 kcal

    What am I missing here?

But if you add the water, you make the product heavier. So 345g will be water and orange desert. Probably about 1/3 desert, rest calorie free water

Or to put it another way.

45g of desert is 144 calories
300g of water is 0 calories

    Total weight 345g = 144 calories.

Yup that is fine - what about the chocolate thingy then?

"Choc Whip per 100g powder - 509 kcal
Choc Whip per 295g serving - 229 kcl"

45 gram powder per sachet and 300ml milk makes 295 gram serving?

They could make a bit of an effort and play with the figures as they are on the sachets not give values per 100g powder...

Yeah, I know 45 g is nealry half of 100g byt still.....

Still - the whole "leaflet" was not informative at all.

It says nothing as to what should/should not be eaten on refeeed and maintenance at all....
