    TAYLOR'S REFEED DIARY........

I started on refeed Saturday and it felt really strange.

I had my usual Lipotrim shake at midday then went to the pharmacy for my weigh in and lost 3lbs which got me to goal.

    Day 1: Lipotrim shake
    Lipotrim chicken soup
    Tin of tuna with salad
    and balsamic vinegar.
It was really filling and very yummy.

    Day 2: Lipotrim chicken soup
    Maintenance bar (yummy!)
    Tuna salad

Day 3 today: Maintenance veg soup

I found this very thick and gloopy, but it did fill me up.

    Tuna salad
    Lipotrim shake

I have been really nervous about eating again, it's like I'm afraid to eat.

I am also drinking coffee with skimmed milk and it tastes very very sweet for some reason

It's good to be eating again though.

Well done on getting to goal. I know what you mean about it being good to be eating again, I am also enjoying eating, cooking and its a pleasure to go to the Supermarket and do shopping lol.

    Good luck on your refeed.

Thanks Kered, I've been following your refeed also. It's lovely to be eating again and it's worked out just right for me as I'll be visiting my family in Cardiff over the Easter hols and I can enjoy a lovely family meal with all my relatives.

Hehe, I will be leaving Cardiff on Easter Weekend to go and see my Son in Nottingham.

Are you on 2 maintenance products plus 1 meal every day? How are you finding the maintenance shakes? I have only tried the bar up to now, that was a few weeks ago when I was finishing a refeed.

I phoned up for some free maintenance samples plus had 8 free samples off my pharmacist and have already had the maint bar which I really liked, very filling, had to drink alot of water after it though. Also have tried the veg soup, very thick. But I bought a weeks supply of lipotrim shakes and chicken soup to spread over a few weeks. I think I'll be sticking to 2 lipotrim products and a meal each day for this week and then ease off to one lipotrim a day up to the end of next week.

I've always followed weight watchers on and off to keep my weight steady over the years so will keep an eye on what I'm eating after Easter.

Thanks Taylor. I am so confused as to what to do after my 2 weeks refeed. Pharmacist wants me on 2 maintenance shakes/bars a day, with a 600 cal meal in the evening, after counting calories this last 5 days, thats a huge meal!! I dont know whether to just go onto 1000 calories a day until I lose the remaining few pounds, then up the calories by 100 a day until I am maintaining. I used to do WW and SW too, but I dont want to start piling my plates up with free foods again as I done the core plan on WW. At the moment I am thinking to stick to the calories. Decisions, decisions lol.

Day 4: Didn't eat till lunchtime today, was out shopping with my little ones.

Went to Greggs to get a sausage roll and cake for my son, so I thought I'd have to have something or I'll faint so I had searched for the healthiest thing.

Chargrilled chicken brown roll with salad but it did have mayo in...oops!

    Tea time: Lipotrim chicken soup

evening meal: Salad, small baked potato, tiny amount of pasta.

I feel very very bloated now!

I pigged out BIG time over Easter, but after all the hard work and will power in losing the weight I thought I deserved it.

I'm up and down a few pounds each week plus I have good and bad days. Sometimes I wish I was still on Lipotrim cos at least I knew I was losing weight and I knew where I stood with it.

Anyone else feel like this after refeed?

Try posting your menu every day and we can have a look at what you are eating. Are you following any diet, calorie counting, WW or SW etc?
