hi, has anyone ever found day 10 as difficult as i have today, i felt so weak and tired, couldn't even concentrate. I am wondering if i am not in ketosis as i also feel hungry but i remained strong and did not eat.![]()

Poor you! There will be days like that. I did 3 months on it before, it is amazing. No other diet will make you feel so good in the end, I am afraid you just have to persevere, I lost 3 stone, had never felt so good. Keep going darling, you can do it!
Thanks Tori11 and fatgirlslim74, I feel so much better today, perhaps because i spent the morning at work and now i have to start preparng dinner for my family (it isn't easy but i guess it's worth it.
Tori is right, there will be an odd day when you feel down but you just have to focus on the task in hand. Trust me you will get through. I go to bed early and sleep it off. It just shows how lost and awful we feel without food even when we know it's only temporary!!![]()
