    Hi Minimin,

I remember you! Sorry to hear you have regained, you know how well Lipotrim works, but maintaining is the hardest part. Good luck for this time

Very true. I did well for the first 2/3 weeks but as soon as I went back on to the take away's I ballooned and haven't given it enough effort to restart.

    But here goes again.

    Hi Minimin,

I'm sacred now ... Do you mind me asking how quick the weight came on .. Like was it an explosion of 7 lbs in one week once you ate a takeaway or just gradual?

Sounds an odd question but I have my wedding in 7 weeks was going to do 5 weeks LT then refeed, and then it's off to Spain for the wedding which is week 2 of the hol .... And I know week one will include wine and meals out (hen etc) but I don't want to explode and not fit into my wedding dress!

My plan is to shift some weight for the wedding, and after the honeymoon on which I full intend to go mad, come back to LT TFR to shift any gain and the rest of my chub!

Form you experience it would be super to know what to expect once the boldness begins!

And well done for coming back .. You will have it off again in no time! ;-)
