    first day back on help

    Hi everyone im trying to get back on but I am finding it so hard at the min last time this forum really helped so please guys help me x x

    Hi it toke me months of many many false starts to get back on it and here I am on day15..trust me u can do it say to ur self today's the day I'm doing it and no matter what I am not giving in..once uve decided in your head your not giving in it seems to make it so much easier..just keep telling urself why ur doing it and time will fly..good luck to u both
