28/9/11 Starting again having gone back up to 20 stone 13 lbs.
week 1 - 10: -4 stone (17 stone 5 lbs)
4.5 weeks off for birthday, my wedding and Christmas & NY: +15 pounds!!!![]()
weeks 11 - 18: -39.5lbs (15 stone 8.5 pounds) Restart after 4 weeks off (16 stone 4lbs - put on 9.5lbs)
