I'm finding that the shakes really fill me, do the flapjacks to the same? I bought my first one this week and I'm a bit scared that it won't fill me in the same way as the shakes.
I got the peanut one, I hope I like it.

They're ok just take a bit of getting used to ! You need a bit of time to eat them, just take small bites and have a hot drink with them ( black coffee) I"m going to try them toasted. The thing I don't like about them is they are quite hard but when chewing them they go a bit powdery! That's why you need the drink.

    Hi.
Ive never tried the flapjacks...think I may just get them now - so much easier at dinner time than the shakes.

One thing you don't have to worry about: it is healthy. What isn't healthy is carrying weight you shouldn't have. Before people start to criticise how you lose weight they should consider that they were probably saying you should lose weight as too much is unhealthy! They seem to want it both ways!!

God said let there be light and it was good although you still couldn't see anything!

I tried the peanut & the coconut & I preferred the coconut - I didn't enjoy the peanut one at all.... My pharmacist told me they were yucky last time I was on LT so I avoided them - delighted I've discovered them this time - I really enjoy them!

I rang lipotrim and you are allowed three a day but need extra water. I am on two a day but will be on three from next week as I can't stomach the shakes any more. I love them toasted and since I started them bowels are working much better. Sorry about tmi
