I've just had my last shake for the day....Chocolate with a spoon of coffee in it. It tasted nice but am still hungry so water it is. Does anyone know if camomile tea is ok to have ?

Willing myself 2b more healthy telling myself i can be thinner and knowing i am strong enough to do it ........

Week 4= not getting weighed as i failed this week

Just had first ever green tea, not bad, better than black earl grey!

I used to drink camomile before I first did LT. Was a bit dissaponted to find out it wasn't ok.
I only drink peppermint now though.
Nettle tea is also ok if you want something different.
