I've been on Lipotrim a couple of weeks and it's going well but I've been getting coldsores a lot recently and I was advised to take Lysine. Does anyone know if this will affect ketosis?

I used to take L Lysine, for the same reason, it's good. It is an amino acid, I doubt it will have any impact on ketosis, however I would ring LT direct to check x

Two week refeed for Christmas :-)
03/01/13 round 2, 5lbs gain, another 12 ish weeks to go :-)
Restart weight - 224lbs/16st - total 56lbs gone
Month 1 - 20lbs gone.
25/03/13 FINAL RESTART! 15st 7lbs this morning :-(
Week 1 - 18lbs gone!!! Week 2 - 6lbs gone, Week 3 - 1lb on :-( Week 4 - 8lbs gone
Month 1 - 31lbs gone
Week 5 - 5lbs gone 7 stones gone :-)

Previously lost 5.7st on Lipotrim in 2011, in 14 weeks. Weight gained in pregnancy following the birth of my first daughter. Hoping for the same fab results, only I have more to lose this time around :-(
Absolutely worth it though for my two gorge girlies!!! That said, no more babies for me ;-)
Thanks! Got an email from Lipotrim IE today telling me it will effect ketosis, but to try taking it at night before bed. Going to leave it for awhile me thinks!
Oh that's a shame :-( The vits will help in LT tho x
