No LT is a total food replacement programme .. Its easier to understand if u know that u can only have your 3 shakes a day water, sparkling water black tea or black coffee with tablet sweeteners if u wish!
Nothing else is allowed..so no pepper no salt no drops of milk no nothing.. Your body is in ketosis and if u have anything other than what ur allowed ur body will come out of ketosis and feel hungry again! ... And you will have to endure the hell of first week over and over again! It's so easy once your fully in ketosis and you get yourself on a roll!!
Sorry to be blunt but just thought i would put it simply

0.1 carbs only 40 calories per 300 ml it will not really affect weight loss journey, in fact may help if you love tea or coffee and can't have without milk, more fluids in yor body.i also thought over 60gms carbs on VLCD will knock you out and the products and allowed foods plus soya milk don't come to take, someone emailed s&s and they said it was ok to have soya milk.
