i've been on the programme 100% since 27th October and apart from a few dizzy spells at the beginning i've been feeling fine.
I passed out on the packed train this morning though and feeling really tired. Really hoping that it will pass as I don't want to have to come of this as i've been doing really well.
Has anyone else hasd similar and if so, how did you get passed it?
