An idea.. Turn Shake to Ice Cream?

Just had my first shake made with crushed ice and it was lovely, and it made me wonder if anyone had taken it to the next stage and stuck the shake in an ice cream maker?

I'm not sure you can... I was advised that you need to drink it within 15 minutes as after that the vitamins and minerals in it reduce there strength.

Unfortunately I don't have an ice cream maker to try, thought it might be a bit too good to be true

Hadn't heard that about the nutrients dropping in effectiveness so quickly before, I thought the time recommendations were more to do with the shakes becoming unpalatable if left that long. I've got mine polished off a few minutes after making so not run into that problem.
