    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 35.9
    Current BMI: 34.8
    Goal BMI: 26.4


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st6lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st2lb
    % Lost 3.16%

    First weighin .....Really disappointed

    Just came back from chemist and 6lb off. Really gutted as its my first week. I was expected more Nevermind though its still a loss so roll on week 2



    Week 1......-6lb

    My goals:
    On Lipotrim TFR:

    • Get into the "12's"
    • Lose 1 Stone
    • Lose 10% body weight
    • Get into the "11's"
    • Lose 1.5 Stone
    • Reach pharmacy target of 10st
    • Achieve a healthy BMI
    • Reach personal target of 9st7lb
    • Buy whole new wardrobe

    I totally understand your disappointment however I have seen it on here that not every one gets that huge loss on week 1. 6lbs is still a great start, almost half a stone gone and you may find you have a higher than usual loss on your second week to make up for it. I hope you still have the motivation to stick with it as I'm sure you will get your rewards.

    Today 10/06/13 - 17st 2lbs. (Total lost 7st 5lbs!!)

    Round 1 of LT (Sept 2012 - Feb 2013) - Starting weight 24st 7lbs, finishing weight 18st 2lbs -Total weight loss 6st 5lbs.
    Round 2 (started 03/06/13)- Starting weight 18st 7lbs:-
    Week 1 - 15lbs
    Week 2 - 4lbs

    Hi, My first time on lipotrim I lost 6 lbs in my first week and then went on to lose 7 in my second. Very well done on your 6lbs !!!

    That realy motivated me daisy thanx ..i was disapointed with my 7lb loss this week too but the thought of lossing the same amount or even more makes me think in less than a month i will be a stone lighter.....fingers crossed for this weeek....wishing ya luck all

    The second time I did L/T I lost 7 lbs my first week them 8.5 on my second! Its strange but true lol
