    If I remember correctly it needs to be alcohol and citric acid free, for spray or mouthwash, I can't remember the brand. The pharmacy strips are really good - v strong though and approved by lipotrim so I stick to those. Drinking water elps with this too.

    I use the breath strips too or Listerine original mouthwash. Its v strong but does the job. Plenty of water helps. With absolutely everything!! Good luck for today x
