    Day 7 and feel awful

I've been feeling great since I started lipotrim, but today feel really tired and a bit dizzy, any suggestions? Might have to eat a bit of protein if I don't feel better soon.

I lost 8 lbs in first week

@newmummy, hi I was exactly the same on day 5, I felt weak, dizzy, and dead on my feet, like I was coming down with something, I just increased my water and napped, honestly it passes, please don't eat as you will already be in ketosis and eating will knock you out, hope you can get through it and feel better soon, good luck.
