    DAY 5

    Well got through day 5 ,training at work went well,drunk loads of sparkling water .Had a bit of upset stomach this evening but think that might be because iv'e also had quite a few coffes today .Gona cut down on the coffee see if that helps.Not feeling hungry at all just a bit sick but gona have a nice bath and early night ,See what tomorrow brings Only managed one shake but gona make sure i get another before going to bed hopefully stomach has settled in the morning.Hope everyone is ok ,we can do this
