    Question Craving really bad! Help!!

Hi guys, I'm currently on day 7 of Lipotrim and am still craving food. It takes so much will power to not have something.

I was under the impression that the diet suppressed your appetite? How long will this last!

I was still really hungry at the end of the first week as well, but by the end of the second week most of my appetite was gone and the shakes started to feel really filling. Just stick it out a bit longer, it'll get much easier soon!

Your appetite will go, but the cravings are harder to beat. I don't think I've ever got rid of those! You need lots of reasoning with yourself about why you want the weight loss and you'll get through them. Good luck.
