Question Does the amount of water affect loss?

    Hi there,

I'm wondering if you are not drinking the required extra 2 litres if it affects the weight loss/ketosis?

Also does the liquid you mix the shakes up contribute to that 2 litres or is that separate?

    Thanks

Yes, it does, you really need the 2 litres minimum in addition to your shakes in order to maximise weight loss and prevent cramps and bloating.

You really need a minimum of 3 litres per day / night. Not including the shakes. Keep the litre bottle of volvic with u and just keep swigging from it. If u wake in the night thirsty your not drinking enough.
