So... 6+ attempts at LT so far over the last 3 years.
First time I lost 1.5ish stones and I've managed NOT to put that back on... That's the good news.
BUT I've lost and gained another 1.5stones again and again and again and again... Kinda getting fed up!
Back to about 12.5stones now after being just under 11 back in July.
I'm REALLY wanting to be 10ish stones by my 40th in December but I do not want to gain it again...
Also I can't ever stick to this longer than 4-5 weeks at one go- I just can't!
PLEASE give me some suggestions!
I am thinking of starting LT again on Sunday this week. I tried S&S but felt it wasn't as effective.
Maybe you could do 4-5 weeks on Lipotrim then continue the rest of your loss on the maintenance and a fitness regime? At least you will have something to aim for x
