Eeek...I am snowed in my house, street and village with no Lipotrim. Chemist 6 miles away. Dread the thought of having to come off Lipotrim until we thaw out.

If you have run out, only eat small amounts of meat, a bit of chicken or fish, this wont bring you out of ketosis and keep up water intake. Also eggs won't take u out of ketosis.
