Hi all, do any of you know if we are ok to take chromium supplements while on 100%?
I have heard it said in other places that it is good for sugar/carb cravings and hunger. I did buy some and took them for 2 days, but in that time I noticed no difference, and was not sure if it was affecting the diet so I stopped. I would like to know if they are ok to take and give them a good try to see if they help.... anyone know??![]()
