    Flu on TFR

Hi everyone. This isn't a question but some info I thought I'd share.

Last week I had the flu along with a cough and a bad sore throat, and at first I was just trying to cope as best I could as I didn't think there was any medicine we were allowed to take while on TFR, but after getting in touch with the pharmacist he said it was ok to take pretty much anything that was sugar-free. He recommended to me Robitussin, which is a sugar-free cough syrup, and Strepsils Children 6+. Was still worried they'd take me out of ketosis, but I took them for several days and still had a big loss at the end of the week

Just thought I'd share since there isn't a whole lot of info out there on what medicines we can take.
