    Second Time around- Day 1!!!

    Oh my Goodness, I'd forgotten how horrible this diet really is.

    I've already forgotten twice this morning and two cups of tea!

    I plan on having my first shake at lunch time, then another mid afternoon/tea time and another before bed.- All strawberry, as that's what I "liked" last time.

    I had planned on starting yesterday but I was sabotaged by cake and coffee!!!

    OK, soooo what I'm asking is:

    Where do people find is the best place to buy a decent 1 litre bottle for my water. I'm sure my pharmacy sell those filter ones, but at nearly £10 a go it's a bit expensive!

    Am off to add myself to as many challenges as I can now..... hope to lose 8lbs by this time next week.

    I use bottled water, you can buy 1L bottles, then re-use them with the water from the cheap 2L bottles a few times to save money, if you don't like tap water.

    I just buy a bottle from the supermarket and keep refilling from the tap until it falls apart. I've bought a blender bottle from the pharmacy £5, as I had a ball type one that was really noisy when I shook it.

    I'm the same I keep reusing shop bought water bottles. keep at it, the first couple of days are the hardest, then you get in the flow.

    Weight myself and assess the damage of the last 6 months - Done +1st12lbs
    Get back under 12st- Done week 3
    Manage a whole month on VLCD. DONE WHOOOOO!
    Make it to 24th FEB. YES YES YES YESSSSS
    Refeed PROPERLY for a week. Done!
    Have ONE week break ONLY.
    Start again on 11/3/2013
    Manage 4 more weeks on VLCD. Done whooo!
    Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!
    Get under 11st- Done week 10
    Get out of the, 'overweight' category into the 'normal' Done week 12 Undone week 13
    Get back into my small size 14 jeans - DONE Wk 12!! But they're tight after a meal
    Refeed properly - eg not giving up after 4 days - Meh.
    Get to 10.5st.
    Get a new dress and feel sexy!
