    I am just dreaming of food.
    ahhhhhhhhh someone help! I am not giving into food anymore it will not rule my life

    i am definitely addicted to it, cold turkey I CAN do this.

    everytime I think of nice food I imagine biting into it and loads of hair comes with it yuk haha

    I am on day 5 too and im exactly the same. Ive felt so tempted all day but im determined not to give in. Just have another glass of water
    I did this diet a few years ago and found it so easy. How times change. Keep with it though, it does get easier. Honestly.

    It's really good that you have a plan for when you get closer to goal. I haven't decided which yet. I may try SW, but the'fast' diet also looks good. Low cal 2 days a week and normal cals rest of week. I have a long way to go before I have to decide which though.

    I did Lipotrim a couple of years ago and when I was near goal I switched to the Cambridge Diet (not sure about availability in Scotland). They have an excellent re-feed program !!!

    On day 4. I've done this before and it worked...for awhile. This time I've started taking sometime everyday to research what I was doing wrong with my diet before so that when I come of this I won't relapse. I'm aiming for 35 days (5weeks) and I will do it, even though it seems ridiculously hard. I don't wanna lose sight of the ultimate goal here which is a better existence and not having short term (..I don't want to go out because of what people will think), medium term (...I'm not looking forward to the wedding in August) and long term (..I hope I don't die early!) worries all the time.
    Just convince yourself that this diet is easy. Things that are hard (e.g. finding a job if your unemployed, trying to get a nights sleep with a kid, being in a relationship, coping with a loss) are hard because there are variables that will change, that you cannot control and that you will have to adjust to deal with. Convince yourself that this is easy because there is only one variable...you. And you are yourself. You might have cravings but there is a Jeckel and a Hyde in everyone and ultimately you have full control of who wins.

    Motivation = Expectancy x Value

    Focus on the short, medium and long term value of losing and believe that you can do it...that's what I'm gonna do anyway.
