    Lipotrim my first day/week

    Hi I am 5ft 2in and weighed in at 13stone 9lbs. I started Lipotrim today! Nearly have the first day down! I had the chocolate shake for breakfast! And I mixed the vanilla shake with coffee for lunch and dinner, actually quite nice! I am absolutely starved now! Just made the kid's lunch for school tomorrow and it nearly killed me, but i kept pinching the fat on my belly for motivation! I feel quite weak now and lighteaded, and I was wondering does anyone have any tips for me getting through the week, and being around food without it killing me

    Keep sipping water, it really does ease the hunger pangs. I find green tea or peppermint tea help too. Space your packs out, and whilst I coped with cooking, I kept meals quick and easy, and busied myself in a room elsewhere whilst people ate, just for the first few days. Now I'm happy to sit and chat with a cuppa.

    Well done on getting started, just think of weigh in next week.

    I felt like id never be able to do this, 6 weeks ago!!!!!! Im actually going to get my belly pierced tomorrow as its finally small enough! I also went to a party where there was a huge buffet and free alcohol and touched nothing. Weirdly I found it easy, which brings me on to my point. It WILL get easier. I promise. I doubted it too but look at me now! I have another 6 weeks to go but it will fly by, as the first have. Keep busy, early night, relaxation. Oh and another big thing, TREATS! reward yourself with things that arent food related such as clothes, new hair, new piercing, tattoo, makeup, perfume. I give myself a little treat every week and a big one for every month hope I have helped some

    Oh my god thank you so much for replying! Nearly have two days down now thank god! Only one blip I was making a cup of tea for my daughter and I took a sip of it to make sure it wasn't too hot and the tea had milk in it! I really hope it doesn't set ketosis back as I am looking forward to not being hungry! I haven't told anybody about the diet except my close friend and my niece! However my niece told her boyfriend and he really made me feel like crap today with you'll never stick to it you'll gain it all back, you'll make yourself sick why don't you just go for a walk and eat less, I actually screamed at him go for a walk and eat less are you joking me if I could stick to that I wouldn't be the weight I am now!

    Hey, you'll find that a lot. Some people get it, others don't. I always use the "medically controlled" route, it implies a doctor has ordered it and then suddenly people are OK with it! Well done on day 2. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep with it and if you get some headaches the next couple of days, take a couple of paracetamol and keep sipping water x

    Well done on day two! The first week is the hardest, after that you start to settle in to it, it's just sheer determination I think... I switch off at food and think of other stuff, as if preparing something I don't like when I have to cook for the family.

    It honestly does get so easy. I doubted myself but I'm nearly at week 3 and feeling stronger than ever! And I prepared yummy fod tonight for my family.

    Nearly have day three down thank god and I was working today preparing food and around food and I didn't falter. Plus my grand niece was 5 today so they had a little party for her, and my sister decided to send over the leftover cake to me knowing I am on this diet! The kids each had a slice and then I put the rest in the bin! Believe it or not that is a big step for me because I would of been telling myself sure its a birthday I can have one slice and twenty minutes later I would of consumed one whole cake not a bother to me! Can I ask does anyone on this diet suffer with constipation or piles? I have used a spoon of the fibre clear a day but I haven't been to the toilet since Monday! And I have piles I am so admiring of ye all, at this point I can't imagine putting down another week and the think you have gotten this far and feel okay is so inspiring!

    woah 9lbs that is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think from what everyone says here it gets easier after the first week, you must be delighted with over 1/2 a stone down. I bought a dress for an upcoming even its a size 12 so it's a big motivator for me!

    i bought a jeans in a size 10 too! I can't wait to fit into them. I find it very hard to drink all the water, but I've started making the shakes hot now and they're lovely. So please God I can keep strong for this second week.

    I know I was gone to a point when I felt people were constantly looking at me and judging me on the lbs I put on! Plus I work in a bar and shop, and in the lb people were constantly commenting on my weight, to the point i was near tears some days! However my real reason for doing this is to be able to look in the mirror and like what I see! I have heard of some people mixing the chocolate shake with mint tea making it into a mint choc beverage, I mix the vanilla and chocolate one with coffe, so its either a latte or mocha and it helps me cos not having milk in my tea is killing me! I find with the water buying the sports bottles that are 1L really helpful cos at least if you drink two you have 2l down and anything else is a bonus! You are doing so well to get to your second week, and everyone else here seems to think its best to take it one day at a time! You are doing great, you should be so proud of yourself!
