    5lbs of fat vs 5lbs of Muscle

    Hey I wanted to post this as I need to remind myself that weight as a number is important but that muscle and fat may weigh the same amount but that that muscle takes up half as much room.

    I also wanted to show and to keep remind myself just what 5lbs of fat looks like - I mean its like as big as her head!

    So when I see tomorrow I have only lost 5lbs - which is all I think I have, I need to remind myself of just how much volume that is!!!
