    lipotrim day 3. had a horrible day yesterday.

    Hi all. Im new to this site. On lipotrim again...it feels harder this time.

    I nearly caved lastnight when i went to the cinema with friends. Thank goodness i didnt. They ate ALOT and had a KFC which smelt amazing...im a vegetarian haha.

    Just thought id say hello.

    Sparkling water is fine - as long as it's not tonic water.
    Soda water is fine - it's the only water I tend to drink.
    START AGAIN- 20/01/2013

    Goals for this time-
    Weight myself and assess the damage of the last 6 months - Done +1st12lbs
    Get back under 12st- Done week 3
    Manage a whole month on VLCD. DONE WHOOOOO!
    Make it to 24th FEB. YES YES YES YESSSSS
    Refeed PROPERLY for a week. Done!
    Have ONE week break ONLY.
    Start again on 11/3/2013
    Manage 4 more weeks on VLCD. Done whooo!
    Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!
    Get under 11st- Done week 10
    Get out of the, 'overweight' category into the 'normal' Done week 12 Undone week 13
    Get back into my small size 14 jeans - DONE Wk 12!! But they're tight after a meal
    Refeed properly - eg not giving up after 4 days - Meh.
    Get to 10.5st.
    Get a new dress and feel sexy!

    WK1: -5.5lbs WK2: -4lbs WK3: -2lbs WK4: -5lbs WK5: -1lb
    WK6: STS (refeed) WK7: +1lb (eating sensibly) WK 8: -5lbs

    This is my 2nd time on lipotrim and restarting was so hard. Stick with it, it gets easier. However, at almost five weeks in, i sometimes stil think of food and all the pros why i should eat. Glad you didnt cave in and good luck. The hardest part is almost over.

    I am on day 2 again !!! Stick with it if you can this time it will be worth it. My plan today is to stay close to a toilet ( peeing loads with the water) and to just sleep whenever I have the urge to gie in. Good luck with it all here to support you.

    Hi kerry and slim please. Thank u for the support. Day 4 and feeling ok. Day 2 was my worst day. Yesterday was ok. Dont think im in ketosis yet. When will i no? X

    You need to get some ketostix u can buy these of the counter at chemist not that expensive. You just check your urine and the sample strip on the pack will show if your in ketosis. Other than that I would just take it that when you feel an energy burst and no more hunger pangs then thats you in ketosis.

    A lot of people say the keosticks are a waste of money as they can give a false result.

    I've never bought any - it's easy to tell when you get in ketosis usually as your mouth will feel disgusting lol.

    Also if you're losing weight every week the diet is working.

    Wwell sorry to sound yukky but my pee is smelling like a chicken dinner ha ha. Mouth is dry. X
