Hi guys, i've been starting with a cold and i've had a really tickly and sore throat which has got worse as the evening has gone on :( Does anybody know what is safe to take whilst on lipotrim? It's so sore, going to try gargling salt water in a minute
Just paracetamol really I think, anything else will have sugars in x
Isn't there sugar free cough mix now?

If you feel you really have to take cough mix just don't worry about it. Your wellbeing is more important than not losing a few lbs for one week.

Hi! I am using Covonia Throat spray. It doesn't contain any citric acid so it's safe to use. I am also using it as a breath freshener couple of times a day. :)
I got told by my pharmacist and lipotrim that all you can use is paracetamol and olbas stick!Quote:
