    It normally takes a couple of days to get into ketosis. Drink lots of water today and do something to keep you distracted. It does pass I promise and you'll know when ketosis has arrived, it's a blessing. Hang in there, it's worth getting thru the next few days.

    It is perfectly normal to feel the way you do for the first 2 to 3 days, then BAM... Ketosis kicks in and the hunger goes away... I am on day 8, just got weighed today for the first time I lost an amazing 12lb, keep going it will be worth it, just think.... slim/slim/slim and all that being slim will bring to you, your life, happiness, health, wadrobe choices....the list goes on and on!!! keep it up girl... Let me know how you get on ok.
