    HELP! Shake timings

    Hey guys, I've not been feeling overly well today and had my first shake at 12.30 couldn't stomach one at 5ish so had my second at 8 (been at work all day). I was thinking of having my last one at 10? Would this be ok? Is there a specific amount of time your meant to have between shakes??
