Am I even doing this right ?
I have a question about this ketosis...
From what I've gathered it begins after the 3rd/4th day ? I've just finished my 4th day and I hate to sound so stupid here but my breath is still fine!!!
My understanding is smelly breath kicks in to indicate ketosis... Am I doing this right ?
I'm literally having 3 shakes a day, lots of water and 2-3 cups of tea or coffee a day with 2 canderel tablets.
I'm dreading being told at weigh in on Thursday that I've lost no weight and have done it wrong somehow! haha
Any advice or tips? xxx
