    monthly challenges??

    Hi all, when I did LT last time we would have a thread where members would say how much they hoped to lose that month and would update at each wi.

    do you guys still do this as I couldnt find any posts like this?

    If not is anyone interested in started a lb lost per month challenge thread?

    Im only on week 1, my challenge is to lose 25lbs by the end of the year.

    I aim to loose 6st in 7 months if possible. Will be hard but even if I don't loose it all, I want to loose most of it.

    I want to loose at least a stone in my first month though.

    My January monthly challenge is to get down to under 13st by the end of January, I started out at 14st 8lb.

    To get into a pair of 34 inch waist jeans

    And last but not least run 10km in under 60 minutes.
