    1st weigh in after break

    Lost 11 lb in my first week really pleased. I had a break and put a little in but not a lot as went carefull so total is now 2 st 8 lb. I wo t to hit my 4 stone mark by the end of March

    well done! I hope I loose as much My first weigh in is tomorrow so I am excited but really nervous to see what I have lost. I haven't done exercise this week and I don't feel like I have lost anything but my weigh in is 11am tomorrow so I am pretty excited!
