i've my week 5 weigh in tomorrow...
heading into week 6.
im on TFR i dont know if thats the same...

That's terrific--you've got 5 weeks finished. Soon it will be 6, 7, 8 .....

I am heading into week 7 on Monday. Most of us are on TFR here. Until we refeed and do maintenance. Not that I've done this before, lol.

im not gunna lie the past few weeks have flown by and my mom was really good to me during the week she said yeah you missed nights out etc but think about if you hadnt started?
you will have tough days when you will think what your doing is mental but think of like my mom said where would you be if you hadnt started?
time will fly!
