    22 Feb - Week 7 = -4lbs
    01 Mar - Week 8 = -4lbs
    08 Mar - Week 9 = -4lbs
    13 Mar - Week 10 = -3.5lbs (WI 2 days early due to operation!)
    22 Mar - Week 11 = -4lbs
    29 Mar - Week 12 = -4lbs
    06 Apr - Week 13 = -4lbs
    13 Apr - Week 14 = -5lbs
    20 Apr - Week 15 (week 1 of 3 week refeed) = -3.5lbs
    27 Apr - Week 16 (week 2 of 3 week refeed) = STS

    May, June & July = break from TRF, followed low carb diet and maintained - back on TFR to lose a further 2 stone :-)
