Sorry, I meant you'd crossed from the 300's into the 200's! Mind you, you're well inot the 200's now so you prob knew that.
Its a milestone I hit last week and just knowing I was less than 300lb for the first time in 2 years has carried me through this week!

I totally get where you are coming from, when I got under 40 BMI, I wanted to go around telling everyone but managed to refrain! Maybe when I get to under 30.......![]()
