    Nikki's weekly WI's

    First weigh in today = -5.5lb
    Little disappointed to be honest! I know I should be happy with Ny loss but it's hard when I had such high hopes after doing 100%, seeing almost everybody's first loss be at least 7lb and having a cheeky lil weigh in on home scales 3 days ago telling me I'd lost 7.5lb!x

    stay off the home scales- i weighed myself on the wii and it told me i was 12.5 stone last week and not there yet at all so leave it until weigh in! stick to one scales! Well done on the loss!! and like dusty says its about YOUR journey. i got really disheartened with people losing a stone etc the first week and when i had my loss i was mad and that happened for my second loss to but now i'm just like well i'm different to them! so no worries pet!! we've all been there

    Weigh in a day early this week...still TOTM which is v. Annoying! But....5lb off! So that's 10.5lb in less than two weeks...if I can get another 3.5 off in the next week then it'll be a stone in 3 weeks! I'm so happy. Feel so different from last week! Thanks for the support peeps. Keeps me going!x

    Congrats nikki. Something to consider is those who are bigger have more to lose in the first week anyway as it is more of a shock to them. I have been quoted to expect about 5/7 lbs so if I hit more I'm happy.
