    have just had my week 1 weigh in and i've lost 12.5lb!!!! i couldnt actually believe it when she told me! I know it wont be so big a loss next week, but im still absolutely extatic over this result! looks like i have FINALLY found a diet that WORKS for me!!! Roll on week 2!
