My fiancé and I have just had our first weigh in together.
Col has lost a stone and half pound. !!!!
I have lost 12 lbs !!!!!
We are so pleased. This is my second time round and I lost 5 lbs before and to lose this it's a amazing !

Week 1 - 9lbs *into 12 stones
hhmmm well, since the "you know what" incident on Friday I have been fine lol, off for WI tomorrow so will see what sort of damage I have done and just focus on next week, only a couple of weeks now til my next break so i am very much looking forward to a fine time with my hubs/kids and friends x

Just back from the chemist and according to their scales I'm down 7lb! Yippee! Only down 6lb on my scales this morning. But hey, any loss is good, I'm not going to get picky over a pound.
Just thinking that if I was still doing WW I would be ordering takeaway now after my weigh in!!

- Get into the "11's" (-6lb) DONE!
- Lose 1 Stone (-14lb) DONE!
- Lose 10% body weight (-17lb) DONE!
- Get into the "10's" (-19lb) DONE!
- Lose 1.5 Stone (-21lb) DONE!
- Reach pharmacy target of 10st10lb DONE!
- Achieve a healthy BMI (<25) DONE!
- Reach personal target of 10st7lb DONE!
- Lose 2 Stone (-28lb) DONE!
- Reach target of "9's" (-33lb) DONE!
- Reach "ultimate" target of 9st 12lb (-2.5 stone/-35lb) DONE!
- Fit comfortably into old Diesel jeans, waist 30" DONE!

I'm sorry to ask this, but does anyone know how much damage some olives and cheese would do? No I've not cracked I'm still being an absolute angel, but the anniversary is coming up and I really want to watch a film and have a little treat but not spoil the keotosis! Or is it just not worth it?
