Previously lost 5.7st on Lipotrim in 2011, in 14 weeks. Weight gained in pregnancy following the birth of my first daughter. Hoping for the same fab results, only I have more to lose this time around :-(
Absolutely worth it though for my two gorge girlies!!! That said, no more babies for me ;-)

Yeh, I think I would be terrified as well. You will get loads of support here, if you are ever stuck.
The support is second to none with some amazing people and their journey's. Remember you will never be alone.

Best of luck No will power. You can do this. I started a diary on my first day, I stuck a photo of myself in it to keep looking at when I got tempted and I also wrote down how tough I found that first week. Now when I'm having a hard day I look at it to remind myself how hard week 1 was and that I don't want to cheat and have to go through that again! Take it one day at a time for your first week. Keep yourself busy, clean the house, have a soak in the bath, go for a walk or even just go to bed, do anything to stay 100%. Get through the first week 100% and it gets so must easier after that. Keep posting on here and you will get a lot of support. Best wishes.
