    Lost A Little

    Week 10 and only lost 2 lb this week bit gutting as stayed 100% and been to Aqua Fit three times this week but still 2 stone 13 lb in ten weeks, having 4 days off as going on a long ferry weekend so back to 100% Wednesday Morning. Maybe my body needs a bit of food to kick start it again

    Sounds like you have lost a lot in your 10 weeks - try and think about the overall journey and you are still losing and on your way to your goal. I have had weeks where I haven't lost a pound. There will be weeks where you don't lose as much - another week may make up for it. It all averages out in the end.
