Only 2lb this week

Been so good this week but just weighed in and I'm only 2lb down! I know it's still a loss and it's totm so I hear all the reasoning behind a small loss and I should be grateful that it's 2off and not 2 on but still!!!!!!! A week of no food and two lbs!!! Will get a grip now I've had my moan!!
 
I'm with you nicenders - I've had a couple of weeks over the months where I've had small losses and despite knowing there's logical reasons for this, it REALLY puts me on a downer!!
Hang on in there - you are doing great, and it's almost scientifically impossible not to lose weight on this diet :)
 
I would feel exactly the same I only lost 3lb last week and was fuming! I could lose the same on SW or WW and be eating! The only thing that keeps me going is I still don't trust myself to eat yet I think ill just indulge! A lot of money to spend for small loses but keep with it it's bound to pick up xx

Ahh it's so good that y'all are complaining about this. I really hate when people tell you that any loss is brilliant. Yes, 2lbs is great if you're on WW and taking your time and getting to eat normal food, but on a TFR diet, the whole point is that you expect the weight to drop off a bit faster :p. I wouldn't be doing Lipotrim if I had months and months to take my time and lose weight!

I was down 2lbs my last weigh - in, and while I am grateful, yes, for the scales to be moving in the right direction, I was still super disappointed.
 
I've had a couple of weeks with small losses and I was disappointed, I went through all the 'loss is a loss' arguments, but it still smarted that I was 100% and still only lost 2lb. Now I am near to goal I am wondering what the loss will be this week. I've 8lbs to go and losing at the rate of 2lb a week means another month on LT which I definitely don't want to do. Hrmphh.
