My first weighting.

Hello everyone.

I am a 39yrs old that has been obese for the last 15 years. i never exceeded 13stone until 2007 when i balooned to 15stone and stayed in there till last week. Had enough of being the fat friend of the group but never done anything about it until 2 weeks ago when my boss called me to his office and said that i need to talk to HR so they can call an OT to assess my sitting arrangement(my office desk) as it is not right for me to be using the same chair i used when i was not pregnant. You see, we never wore uniform for work and we started to wear uniform last month and that show cased my HUGE belly. He never saw me in trousers( I am Muslim and use to wear long and lose black dress) and now that we wear trousers and a polo shirt people can see how fat i am. So, after that comment i went home cried my heart out and next day went to his office and said(Iam not pregnant I am just Fat) After that all my boss did was avoid me and when he has to see me apologize.

I think it was actually a good thing because if it wasn't for that comment i wouldn't go on LT and lose 10lb my first weighting.

This my story and sorry for any spelling mistakes, My English is not that good.

Hi and welcome. I'm sorry to hear that someone upset you, but it's happened to a lot of us. I got asked when I was due a few years ago and didn't take that as a point to do anything about it, instead I was just angry and raved about it lots.

On the plus side it wasn't said in maliciousness unlike when I got called a fat slag in Sept.

Maybe it's for the best that you had it bought to your attention now before it gets any further out of control and becomes a big problem. After all I'm assuming you want to loose up to a maximum of 6 stone, which will be a breeze if you attack it head on now.

Were all here for support and guidance if you want to ask us anything, and please keep a diary so we can all stay with you on your journey and route for you.

Hello :wavey:
It's awful how much of a bad influence being overweight can have on our lives :( but hopefully, with a lot of support from all of us here, you can reach your 10st target and feel gorgeous in your work uniform! Good luck!

Thanks Kuromi Jenkins and Abbz for the nice comments.

Welcome Jiroos, good luck with your Lipotrim journey, sorry to hear you had that experience with your boss, but at least it spurred you to do something. Lipotrim really works, congratulations on losing 10lbs, you will keep losing weight as long as you stick to it 100% and drink lots of water. I have lost 2 stone in 2 months and have just 8lbs left to go. Keep a diary on here and visit the forum often, you will get lots of motivation, help and support from everyone on here xx

I wasn't 10 stone when they called me that. I was 12 stone but either way it was uncalled for but I'd expect nothing less as the guy is a horrible oxygen thief.

Janeg thanks and congrats for the 2 stone lost, that is amazing, I hope i can achieve that kind of weight lost, I will try my all to stick to the diet.
