Starting weight: 13st 7lbs
Starting this diet I was nervous and excited but im off to Puerto rico on the 23rd August and didn't want to feel like I had to hide myself while there. I started this on the 23rd of June..
Week 1: -11lbs
Week 2: -2lbs :/
Week 3: -4lbs
Week 4: -5lbs
My pharmacist told me to allow one week refeed and then another week normal eating before I head on holidays?!
Quite nervous about eating on holidays but I will have to watch myself as I have a wedding a few days after we come back. Would love to reach 10.5 stone!!
