2nd WI: 1kg lost (2.2lb) rather disappointing; but still a loss. Pharmacist said it could be inadequate water intake -and she's right. Will up my water intake. Roll on week 3 :)

Hey Trimlee, how're you doing this morning? I had a couple of weeks where I only lost 3lbs. Hope you don't feel too disheartened. How much water are you drinking if you don't mind me asking? Also, are you near your TOTM? I find that always affects me a bit. You have been doing so well, I bet next week you will have a mega loss!! :)

Hey Mindy! I'm doing ok, thank you so much for checking on me. You must be a diagnostician - you are right on both points there: in all honesty I have struggled to down 2L water daily and it TOTM's now... I am pushing on now with new resolve!
How are you getting on Mindy? Week 7 for you? Will you continue through Christmas?
 
Hey - that's great you can pinpoint the reason for a bit less weight loss last week. Roll on next W.I. For a big loss!! . I only have about 1st4lbs left to lose so think I'll be finished by Xmas. Will take it v handy over the break (doing some shakes and some meals) and do maybe 2 days TFR at the start of jan and then proper refeed for 2 weeks. Have spoken to pharmacist and come up with a plan that suits me so fingers crossed it works!
 
I've actually done 8 weeks and going into week 9. Time has flown by!!

Well, your hard work has paid off; and sounds like you've got a sensible plan for the new year! I plan to carry on with TFR till Feb :D

Then pretty much one hundred per cent till xmas and maybe a week of TFR after xmas (depending on what I put on over Xmas week) and then refeed. Am hoping to get to 9st7 or 9st 8. Fingers crossed. How are you doing?

Ok Mindy, mind how you go! It will be a nice treat for you and I trust you'll get straight back on the wagon afterward. I'm planning to stay TFR till goal -otherwise I know I'll struggle to restart. I aim for about the same goal weight as you by the way! Have a blessed celebration of our Saviour's birth Mindy :)
 
Well I've done 9 weeks straight (and I run every day) and have lost 2 and a half stone with just 14 pounds to go so to be honest I think I have the willpower to get to goal! How much weight do you have left to lose? And do you have a goal date?

Hey Mindy, you are an inspiration to me; when I'm thinking of how long this is, I do remind myself that Mindy's done more weeks than I have! And you run everyday?! Wow!! I plan to do short Kettlebell workouts a few times a week -I should start this week really. I'm hoping not to end up 'skinny fat' -i.e. slim but still having high % of body fat relative to muscle. The kettlebells should help me tone and build muscle.

In answer to your question, I have 16kg left to lose. I have 10 weeks to go. My goal date is 21st Feb 2015 (oh yeah!). I'm doing a little picture collage of my weight loss in pounds of fat to motivate me.
