The time has really flown on this diet! And although I've had several difficult days when I wondered if I should take a re-feed break, I am so glad I kept going! Thanks to the encouragement I received in the forum to keep going without breaks (because it's so hard to get started again, I was advised), I am only five pounds from the halfway point to my target weight. HALFWAY there in only seven weeks. Some weeks the scale doesn't move, but when it does again, the direction is always down. It feels fabulous to actually be doing something about my weight rather than just talking about it. Why quit and throw away all the effort we've put into this? Because whether we've been on this diet for three days, or three weeks, or three months, it's hard work to keep going. Here's to everyone who is keeping going, and to everyone who is giving such good advice and good support on this forum.
