Great well done do you have much to lose?

I only have another stone to lose......but one more week on tfr then maintanence it was the weight i had put on in last few months with the stresses of life.......previously lost 7st 5 of whick on LT xx

Wow Lauriloo well done!!

Hi. This is my first time on this site, and my first time on Lipotrim. I began 2 weeks ago, as I need to lose approx 2.5 stone. I found the first week quite difficult particulary towards the end, when I felt quite ill. When I had my weigh in last week, I was 10lbs down. It was recmmended that I continue so here I am...a week later...it was a much easier week but my head feels empty.....vacant ...I have to push myself to do what I have to do. Anyway, went to be weighted today, to find that I had only dropped a half a Lb.....in one week. Has anyone any ideas why this might be. I have followed everything as stated....But...did put a tablespoon of skimmed milk in my tea this week, and only used my fiber once a day. Any suggestion welcome. I would hope to stay on for another two - 3 weeks and then take a break due to travel over Easter. Many thanks.MM

Hi all Lipotrims....
Had my third week weigh in last Wedensday 11//3/15 and this time down 1.5 lbs....so that 10lbs first week, half a pound the second week, and one and half pounds the third week. I am still on the Lipotrim, but I am finding my motivation going as I am not seeing great results for all the effort I am putting in. I think my body must have gone into hibernation mode, as if I were to be on an all protein diet I could lose this much. So 12 lbs down, I hope to get to one stone by next Wedensday......I know a bit adventurous given results so far....if I can I would like to move to maintainance for a number of weeks while we take a holiday. I will see. All advice welcome. Thanks.

To be honest MM I don't blame you for feeling demotivated, but at the same time you have so little to lose you aren't going to see the big losses every week. I'm shocked Lauriloo has had such big losses given here current size, she must be an exception to the rule or have one of them bodies where weight just drops off.

i think I would switch to a diet like SW or WW where 1-2lbs weekly is the average loss for people because LT is a million times harder than a food plan so if you'll achieve similar results then it seems a whole lot of hardship for something you could do a much easier way. Now I know a food plan might not be something you want to do, but if you are planning on maintenance that's basically the same. There is no point tormenting yourself.

If LT is what you want to do then great, we'll support you and I hope the losses pick up.
